I still cannot believe that Irfan Ali is no more among us. I met him during networking session at TEDxRawalLake. Such a nice guy and his talk about being Pakistani was truely inspirational. Rest in Peace.
Today Mr.Syed Bokhari initiated a discussion over Love by posting this in a group named Good Chums at FB. He said:
Love is a luxury and only rich and aimless people can afford it…the person who work whole day to earn the food to survive, cant afford love…the person who is too much busy paying for the loans he has taken from the banks after his marriage..also fulfilling the desires of his wife cant afford love…love is only affordable for the richie rich’s….whose father has accumulated enough money so that his child can dream the whole day and think about Love… 🙂
I thought this discussion on youth’s Love worth sharing on my blog. Here we go. 😛
And I in reply was of the view:
Love is unconditional and unpredictable. Love is reason why this world exists. If you dont have been provided with love to your family and friends you would have got none to share your emotions, and you would have been a lonely just like hell. You know what even a begger when falls in love feels like king of world. What you are talking about is physical attraction. A wife demands high profile and protocols which need money. Love is unconditional.!!!
Syed Bokhari Physical attraction ? 😐
what if this physical attraction transforms into real love ?
Engr Hassan Raza Is there something Virtual Love? why you always use another word with Love! 😛
Syed Bokhari So does that mean that particular type of ‘wife’ dont love their husbands ?
Engr Hassan Raza Love is not confined to husband and wife only.
Syed Bokhari & of course it is unconditional but what if a man not having enough money to feed or support his family will do if he falls in love ?
Vuja De Does FALLING IN LOVE necessarily means that you Marry that person? O.o
Syed Bokhari lol… … dont u want to spend ur life with him ? I mean though you may nt marry but of course you will make a try to do so….knowing that may be it will go in vain !
Vuja De That is also not love :D:D:D Ye pyar wiyar kuch nae hota 😀 We may develop some attachments with a certain person . :p love is selfless and selfless love is possible only and only with Allah Almighty. 🙂
Syed Bokhari Engr Hassan Raza we all…(except riches) are so drowned in psychological debt that I dont think we can think abt loving a person…whom we want to be our life partner…
our parents…the circumstances through which they have brought us up…creates psychological debt that we are left wid no option but to pay it off…may be in installments !
Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Programme 2010 Technical Batch 1
At the Second East Asia Summit (EAS), which was held in January 2007, Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, announced a plan to implement a 35-billion-yen youth exchange program, inviting about 6,000 young people to Japan mainly from the EAS member states (ASEAN, Australia, China, India, New Zealand, the ROK) every year for five years, with a view to establishing a basis of Asia’s stalwart solidarity by expanding youth exchange. Based on this plan, the Government of Japan has launched the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths (JENESYS) Programme in 2007.
This year two students from Pakistan Mr. Muhammad Asad (BS Electrical) and Mr. Hassan Raza (BS Electrical) from University of Engineering and Technology, Taxila participated in JENESYS Programme Technical Batch 1 and visited various universities and Industries in Japan.
This program deepened mutual understanding regarding Politics, Diplomacy, Economics, Society, Culture and Research Environment among young people who are expected to assume important roles in the next generation in each East Asian country.
During their stay in Japan they visited Tokyo Institute of Technology, Kanagawa Institute of Technology, AIST, Okuma Corporation, Ritsumeikan University, Hitachi Group of Industries, Sumitomo Metal Industries and Yamanaka Engineering and also attended discussions in International Forum for Micro Manufacturing 2010 and learnt many things from programme like State of The Art Technologies, Aptitude Development, Japanese Culture, Time Management, Collective Intelligence, Talent Utilization, Team Work, Social Networking, SAARC Countries Cultures, Project Based Studies, Research Techniques and famous Japanese phrase Monozukuri.
Hassan Raza final year student of Electrical engineering with Majors in Electronics shares his views about programme that “It was an honor and a privilege to be involved in this well organized and insightful program, and I have gained new understandings and knowledge from not only Japan, but other neighboring East-Asian countries also. This programme has surely enhanced my understanding of Research and Development in Field of Technology and will contribute to my career development and in international development. I would like to claim that Technical and cultural human exchange should be implemented more often than at present. At the end I would like to quote from Margret Mead that “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has happened.”
Muhammad Asad final year student of Electrical Engineering with Majors in Electrical Power is of the view that “This program gave me an insight on understanding Japanese education system, education policy, aptitude testing and interest development for better outputs from a profession. I got a chance to study the attributes of the developed nations like time management, punctuality, commitment, team work, intelligence sharing. Working of industry and academia together hand in hand is very important and it results in more skilled professionals. We need to think beyond boundaries and collaborate more with the other fields of engineering and technology. It also facilitated me in mixing with different cultures and religions.”
In economics scarcity is the term used for non available items and a scarce item would have a greater market value which implies its importance. Similarly the place where I grew was scarce with rain and clouds. So whenever Rain comes to land I have extraordinary feelings of Happiness and emotional beautifulness. I wished this season to last forever. But it never happens and would never happen. But when I migrated to my new place the rains were not scarce. But this time At my current location the Rain became scarce extraordinarily, it never happened according to locals that the rain would have not come to land in this area for more than a month but this time it was about four months since last good rain.
Everyone was impatiently praying and wishing for the weather of heaven. The Rain. I mean 😛
On penta day of binary month of twenty ten weather forecast said of rain but the sky was dry. But my sixth sense with emotional nose felt the scent of rain and wet land of pure. And after six hours it started happening. That night I was too excited. The next day was more amazing , yepp the rain lasted one more day wow. But there was still more to come because the forecast further said rain was predicted to last till octal day of binary month of twenty ten and hurrah it was long weekend also. Amazing time it was, most people settled out for tours toward murree. But due to rubbish assignment on disgusting microprocessor unimportant history I was compelled to cage myself in the same jungle of rhetorical engineering institute. Anyhow nice time of life it was we enjoyed leisure talking on khan’s khooka, birdy views of jungle of misery, and darkly enlightened reservation “The room”. We also enjoyed some coffee recipies , Kanor Yakhni and exciting tea breaks from internet hell.
And last I am simply in Love with rains.
